1. Introduction & Acceptance

3. Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 89i. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are detected, 89i reserves the right to close all accounts, void any winnings, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. 89i will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account. You must:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

7. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any part of the 89i platform is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
